I’m excited to join Iron Valley Real Estate. It gives me the opportunity to work with my wife Emmily Longenecker as part of the Longenecker Realty Team. As a team we are inspired every day to deliver extraordinary customer service and challenge ourselves beyond the ordinary. We believe in the following ideology: loyal customers, they don’t just come back, they don’t simply recommend you, they insist that their friends do business with you. ~ (Chip Bell). As a client that is exactly what you will get from the Longenecker Realty Team, dedicated and loyal agents that are working for you and your best interests. Why settle for anything less than the highest quality of service you deserve.
I’m a life-long resident of Lebanon County, a graduate from Eastern Lebanon High School and received my Bachelor’s degree from Lebanon Valley College in Business Administration. Most of my 20+ year professional career has been spent in sales and operations developing relationships in the transportation services industry. I’ve worked with small and large companies on a local, national and global scale on a variety of special projects, I’m most proud of the work completed with Crayola on their “back to school” initiative over the past 5+ years. It has been both personally and professionally rewarding working with so many dynamic people as a team to achieve our client’s goals!
